What's the costs?

All Apps are integrated into your current workflows such as directly updating your worksheet registers, sending pdf reports or filing report files directly into project folders.^

No need for double handling or inputting week old paperwork ... it's instant !

There are 3 branches to our pricing structure:

Note: Each user includes 3 forms (Apps)

  1. A fixed monthly, per company fee to cover data storage, 24/7 support, education and establishment: (1-3 users) $55, (4-6 users) $125, (7-9 users) $195, (10-12 users) $265 etc (31+ ) users POA
  2. A flat monthly fee for the Administration App which includes 3 of our Standard Forms * (Apps) - $45.
  3. A monthly per user fee which includes 3 forms (Apps) - $25/user.

Additional custom forms converted to Apps is a standard one off cost of $250**, plus $5 / month per user.

Charges are billed monthly in advance.

Minimum contract period 12 months.

* Standard forms- any 3 of :-Observation Form, Daily-Prestart meeting, Site Inspection, Tool Box Talk, Incident Notification, Hazard Risk Assessment, Time Sheet, Leave application, ** For non complex documents. We will advise if costs will be more.^ Forms2Apps requires access to shared folders. Note: Prices exclude GST.

Pricing Example 1:

  • A three user organisation would cost a total of $150 per month for 12 months with 3 forms (Apps).

This is built up by:

$55 Company fee

$45 Administration App

$50 Additional 2 users (Admin App includes 1 user with 3 forms)

Any additional forms would incur costs for development plus an additional $5 / month per user.

  • A 10 user organisation would cost a total of $ 535 per month for 12 months with 3 forms (Apps).

This is built up by:

$265 Company fee

$45 Administration App

$225 additional 9 users
